 What is a stock ? 



Most of us have heard of a stock but do we know what is it ?
A stock is a is like a cake being divided into thousands or even millions of piece and how much you pay for a share you get a piece. The more you buy the larger fraction of the cake you have !  If you buy a stock it technically means you own a tiny fraction of the company and you are a shareholder of that company that you invested in .When the company's value is low you would buy a share. But what is a share ? A share is induvial unit of stocks !
When the company's stock are high then you would sell it and you will have a profit. It is trading and there is one thing you should know : You can never time the market!
The market is a place where we display all the companies stock and charts. This is where you buy and sell the stock. 

Now you know what a stock is !
